October 2, 2012: Chest

A chest workout is very ‘mechanical’ for me.  Not my favorite.  Not the least favorite either.  I just do the work.  I did figure out a couple weeks ago that I can lift heavier on some things if I stretch between sets.  So I lift, stretch, change weight, lift, stretch, change weight…  mechanical.  A lifting, stretching machine.

    That’s me on back day. I don’t love it, but I don’t dislike it either. Just get through the workout and go home. For me I LOVE chest day! 🙂
