Sept 20, 2012: Shoulders

Tired again this morning.  Went to bed early enough, but couldn’t fall asleep – another blog post about that.

Shoulders, while tired, needs to be done carefully if you have my shoulders – which I guess, is just me, huh?  I didn’t mean to push up any weights this week.  Concentrated on keeping the heaviest weights from last week, but add a rep or two, or even a whole set at that weight.  If you’re curious about what I lifted last week, choose “Shoulders” from the categories list.
