Just changed my BodyBugg program goals.

Daily Burn = 2300 calories
Daily Consumption = 1800 calories
Target Deficit = 500 calories
Fat Loss Rate = 1 pound per week
Muscle Gain Rate = 0.125 lbs per week
Overall weight loss per week = 0.875 lbs per week
Nov 23, 2010
Goal Body Fat % = 25.91%
Goal Weight = 140.28 lbs
Total weight loss = 20.13 lbs
